If you look closesly i think those are temporary plates in the rear window...
Either a - he is doing that on his brand new car/motor
or worse b - doing that on a test drive (JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!)

The camera operator is crazy for being that close to a car burning out like that. Way too easy for the driver to lose control.
