Mine's bone stock with no bling bling under the hood for none to see, or no big aftermarket spoiler. You can see it at mazdanow.net under my user name. No projected mods - mine looks good to me as is.
As for my date list, don't worry about it - been happily married for 12+ years - since you're "ridiculously good looking", I would have expected the same out of you. How clean is your list? I'm sure all that bling under the hood and the oversized handle on the back has you using your date repellent stick all the time.

I think NoTears underhood looks nice. Folks have always dressed up the engine bay since before most of us were born.
Not too keen on the wing brackets, but it is unique. The reason for the custom car craze started in Cali was uniqueness so live and let live.
