I have an assigned spot in my basement garage, and right next to me there is another spot.
The owner does not keep a car there, only a city scooter and a giant pile of junk including at least 6 dismantled bicycles without wheels.

He refuses to remove that pile of scrap, even though he is required to do so by law. If it ever topples and lands on my 8, I'll go batshit insane on his ***

This goes back a ways, but in undergrad days, my fiance and I were sitting in my car getting ready to start class. A woman begins to back into the empty space in front of me, backs up a bit, gets out of her car to see how much room she had. Backed up some more, got out of car again, getting very close by now. Finally actually backs into my car, ignoring my fully applied horn. No damage, but what an idiot.
