oh and checkout how hot it was at night time i was sweating the whole day there were even signs in the city saying (turn off A/C to prevent overheating).my uncles neighbor even had a lil pool inside his garage cuz it was so hot outside and 120 degrees is nothing for them haha he said when he comes down to pomona that he feels really cold

hell yeah it was hot they say it gets even hotter i actually had to drive barefoot cuz my feet were litterally sweating w my shoes on

i feel sorry for the people still in high school theyre going through hell week for football i would have passed out just standing w my pads on.but i guess it helps them cuz when they go play in a cooler area they dont as exhausted

my a/c would take forever to cool and when we were going up the big hill (2000ft) i could actually see my temp needle jumping a lil lol but it never got close to overheating

if your needle moved from the 'normal' position then you were over 230F which is too hot for your motor if you want it to live long ......

best believe that road was fun i was hauling a$$ through it i was following my uncle in his truck.sometimes i would get creeped out cuz we would be driving right next to the edge an we were really high but then on the way down some old couple killed it for us cuz they would hit the brakes literally every five seconds

we actually saw 3 motorcycles and one of the guys was wearing a black leather jacket i would have passed out im pretty sure he wore it so he wouldnt get burnt by the sun but still lol

sweet looking road. i fell you, i used to live in palm desert and indian wells and indio. at least out there it is mostly dry except for when the tropical storms come.

i used to work in that area and drove that road almost every weekend visiting San Diego.

HWY 74 aka Palms to Pines. Awesome road.
