Supposedly, in the long run, all springs will eventually wear out your stock shocks or something. There is a thread about springs, which gives a lot of information on each brand. Obviously each spring gives a different drop height. I have the Tein S-Tech. My springs didn't require me to change any of my stock shocks. Research really well on each brand. But, if you are going with springs that will require you to buy aftermarket shocks, I would just go with the coilovers.

i was just looking at my car to see if i wanted springs, i know i'm getting clear corners, but i'm still iffy about the springs, if i get the drop, i want it to be around an inch, i've looked at a few spings and found ones i like, but i'm scared that if i get them i will be too low and hit speed bumps/curbs. please prove me wrong and tell me your experiences. because i do want springs
