Thanks, I got the sticker from rx8strakes.com. It is the one with the solid black rotar around it....I didn't like the looks of it, so I peeled it and left the center decal. Made it look much cleaner.

How about matching the back seats with black paint and painting a huge rotor on it.
Or just painting a big black rotor on both back seats.

Would you be able to do this to match the stock radio and door panels?

What about finishing the piece on the rear deck, above the pass-through cover? Not sure if it would end up looking odd or not. Or is it too much of a pain? I painted the sides of my center console Ti Gray and those ended up looking good. (Best compliment is when people think it's OEM and can't tell I've painted em.)

As a fellow LY owner, I know what you mean. But I'm thinking possibly of going with a yellow/red/black theme, given the red interior lighting and red and yellow being triad colors.

What kind of paints are used for this sort of painting?

^Since you're brave enough to take on that project.... I will await the finish product to base my future decisions... hee hee!!

It sounds like a good color combo, I would just need to see it!

Yeah, I'm planning on using CAD and photo-editing to visualize it before I take too much of a plunge...

I use automotive paints. At work we are using a system made by House of Kolors. But any Automotive paint will work.
