I would like to get a bra for short trips but I heard it is not a simple quick on/off? What are your thoughts?

The bra's NOT an easy on/off,the dealer put it on (I didn't ask)
and it looks like it might be a bitch to deal with,I have to take it off and wax it (the original plan) and I'll let ya know what I think.
(I know I wasn't paying $800 for a "clear bra" (15 mil 3M film)

The 10'w x8 1/2h x 20' deep garage was bought for $175.00 at a membership warehouse and assembled in abouty 90 minutes-add the Mazda car cover and I'm close to perfectly protected.
(I have indoor,climate-controlled storage in winter-)

IMO the bra looks really ugly. I think it would only look good on the black for daily driving. I would like one for trips though, but that is it. I would deal with the 15 mins it took to put it on as part of my car prep for longer trips. Just to damn ugly. It messes up the lines of the car. I have a titanium also and the bra just doesnt go.

The only other '8 I have seen with a bra was a red one. The Ti looks much better with the bra installed than the red one did.

I guess it's a personal decision (ie form vs. function).

Nice '8 BTW (aren't they all!)

I bought the bra for springtime use,
I live in the northeast and the roads are always fulla' sand/stones/loose gravel in the spring from the sanding that takes place in the winter.
When you catch a rock at 110mph it tends to leave,um,dings..... and stuff.....

When the street sweepers finish up later this month I'll be pulling the bra off and grabbing my 1985 Honda VF500R Interceptor out
of storage.
The bra will go back on when I run south to FL in June.

Next week:
CST Black/charcoal perforated leather seats w/ perforated charcoal door panels,"black Pearl" plated badges,f/r,window tint, and a black headliner goes in.....along with the MazdaSpeed CF upper-strut tie-bar and the MazdaSpeed rear tower brace.....
That's to go with RX8Man's aluminum rotary washer fluid/brake fluid caps,IPT's CF engine cover,MS seatbelt pads, multiple light bulb>LED replacements,RE oil-cooler stainless protectors and all the other fun stuff I was up to this week.
