of course it wasnt 150 but people w/o rx-8's are not going to know that...and by now im sure we are all sick of others bashing on our cars just bc they are not straight line monsters...it was a respectable 94 mph though which im sure everyone here knows to be slightly past redline in 3rd gear. Glad you guys liked the vid atleast it was a new style for me. If anyone is interested I made a quick video very accurately testing acceleration down to the milisecond of several drop clutch launches and am almost positive I they are quicker than any other times I've come across for a n/a rx-8. 0-60 and 0-80, or in kph 0-97 and 0-128 respectively

 

the times came down to be 5.2 seconds to 60, and 8.2 seconds to 80; all footage is unedited video in high definition using camera mounts (no shaking) measured very accurately, here is the link
