With a 19x9 I personally would have went with a lower offset then a +45

Honestly for tire sizes in 19" just go with whatever's cheaper (the 255 or 265). Sounds like you got a steal on some nt05's? Those are GREAT tires.

Rolling can be done at a shop; I would ask around your area to see who has done it for them. They can be done right or wrong, so ask around. Expect to pay $25-50 per fender. Rolling just allows you to run more aggressive wheels to fill out the fender better without having the tire rub.

Ichiba and Eibach make some quality spacers. Click here to see them

post the price! come on! you can post it in white, so only people who want to see it can highlight it.

+1 for toyo t1rs. i run them in 245/40. but if you get them in 19s... yeesh. they will run you $220-250.

I dont think you need to worry about spacers etc, until you have some fat tyres on it.
Then it should look great.
