New hd cinematic

I've just completed a new HD Cinematic using professional cameras/editing software etc... and am looking to get some feedback, ideas etc...If this video creates enough interest (making it certaintly has from the curious NJ police) I'll also be looking for volunteers to help me in the future. (North NJ Area) Consider this video a demo of sorts, for what is to come. The car featured in this video is an Audi S4 (new purchase, I still have my 8) I've also uploaded last years cinematic (RX-8 White Noise) to YouTube for the first time (for viewing in HD). Please feel free to spread the link or to ask me any questions. Here are the YouTube links:

I think I like the rx8 video better because in the audi one you used a lot of the same like dolly-like shot.

But don't get me wrong. They were both really good. I especially like the music. What music did you use for the 8 video? I always have trouble finding a good song like that for my videos.

The S4 is a smoother, more luxurious car with sporting intentions, hence the smoother shots. Where as the RX-8 is a sports car, hence the faster more abrupt shots. Or atleast thats what I was going for.

It was really good but i feel like the end was a little unnatural. I dont think it flowed as well as it could have. It just felt a little forced from 1:14 on.

I dont know, it just felt like you went from Top Gear style cinematics to Car and Driver cinematics. That's the best way i can think to describe it.

Hard to explain but just my thoughts.

I like the S4 video, but I do agree with Jan that you went from Top Gear style shooting, into something you see from Car&Driver.

I'm a big fan of this video you made a while back. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWhteS3RUkM

You started out slow, and as the music progressed, the speed of the video progressed as well, but all the shots were similar length to each other.

All in all, great stuff, keep us posted when you will release your next video, maybe a combined RX8 and S4 video?

Love the videos. It's uncommon to see videos of RX8s done professionally. I'm from NYC and would love to help if time permits.

Love it. Just starting to learn video production myself. What programs do you use?

This isn't the first time you've posted the white noise video... I remember having made the comment that you used km/h to make it appear faster than it's actually going. Still good videos though. I like the S4 one a bit better for some reason.

How'd you get those dolly-like shots?

Did you actually just use a dolly? It looked a lot smoother than that tho. Because on cement I'd imagine there would be a lot of bumping, unless you stabilized in post.

Care to share how you did it?
