"Sandy Utah" narrows it down to about 98% of the state. Heh!

Actually it's on the other side of SLC from Bountiful. Bountiful was about the first location in the US to get the new style Mazda dealership, and that's where I first got in the drivers seat of an 8 for my very first test drive. Way back in July '03. Ah, delicious memories. I'll take a wild guess that Kobe bought that black 8 from Bountiful.

We were actually on a cross country drive back home to Houston to pick up my 8 - the very first one delivered to my area. 8's were looked at like Exotics back in the summer of '03! It was like a singular ripple in space-time where you could evoke that effect in people for so little cash. I still have just as much fun driving it around, but the jaws don't drop quite as far as they used to in those early days.

I will always remember Salt Lake City for my first pedal smashing experience in the RX-8.
