New foglights

Installed some new fogs today. Cheap, $19.99 shipped from ebay.

They're actually xenon looking blue, almost same shade as headlights although pics came out white. Thanks Taka, I got the same ones you reccomended in an older thread. And thanks RotorGeek for the DIY. I've got some highbeams I'm gonna put in when I receive the super white 5 LED parking lights. Order high beams and fogs same time and they cut $5 off shipping.

They look sweet, even if they are kinda white. I can only imagine how cool they look in life with the blue tint.

I paid 19.99 for the fog light bulbs shipped

I paid 16.49 for the hi beams bulbs shipped

I paid 16.58 for the 5 LED parking lights shipped

They're actually pretty blue (the fogs) almost same shade as xenons. Look great paired up. The best will be the parking lights, those thing are almost as yellow as friggin turn signals...

What I can't understand is that the "Fog Lights " work only when the head lights are on. Its a contridiction in usage as the purpose is to iliminate the blinding effect of the headlights bounce back glare.

I just ordered bulbs for my fog lamps and inside lights, both in extreme white to match the xenon, and stealth for the outside. I'll post pics once they're all installed.

They are actually fitted to spread a wider lower beam of light to allow a clear view of the edges of the road and very close proximity - therefore allowing thick fog to be driven through slowly.

They also work with only the side lights on (the yellow ones) or at least they do on the UK spec.

No problem.

The bulbs in the headlights? You mean the ones closest to the Mazda badge, right? They're 194. I changed mine today, so it can be done, but does it suck... and nice looking.
