The gap around the lights hopefully can be fixed with a new bumper, The current bumper, i think, is stock with the stupid black part with the hole fashioned into it, it wasnt done very well. As for the interior, I am planning on trying to do some work to it to pull it tighter and make it look better (especially on the doors) but surprisingly it looks quite nice on the driver and passenger sides (i think). And about the wheels, they are too big for the car, they rub plasic on turns and are very close to the wheel well, so any drop would probably cause some significant problems. Are there some mods you can do to move the plastic in the wheel wells to create more space for tires? Thanks for the post!!
either run a skinnier tire, more camber, or you could just take out the liner and roll the fenders

as much as I bashed you and for buying such an ugly car I have to say I really respect the fact that you're taking the time to go through the process of returning this car to its oem condition and tastefully modding it. alot of people would say f it it's too much of a pain in the ***.

Thanks man, I appreciate the positive feedback. I did get ripped on at first, but I love working on the car, its my weekend life. Now that i have gotten into it a little, i realized cars are pretty simple (as far as everything except for the engine goes) I actually replaced the courtesy light that shines on the windows and door lock buttons, I put a blue LED in there and it looks pretty cool. Unfortunately, I also realized my power locks are not functional, so thats next weekends project.

Looking at the picture you just posted, the only thing you need to change to your car is the chrome rims. The rest is just fine.

...and slam it with coilovers

Is your car cleaned up already or is it still muddy?

Your car looks good with mud and dirt thou ...it matches with the yellow color.

-.-

naw, im a full time worker, 40 hrs a week, days off are today and tomorrow.. but my supervisor's son is still undergoing surgery or somethin.. so i was filling in for her, so i had no time today, and tomorrow i might, because me and my dad are going to make a custom plate bracket for my car, so i want it all nice and clean

that mud is hella clumped up though. lol

edit: basically im too busy to wash it. i could do it at work on the weekends.. but they just put up new cameras at the school, and if i get a call, and... idk, its just too risky. bringing my games to work on thanksgiving and christmas was bad enough >.> haha shh

yeah, now that they got cameras and i got to fill out daily activity reports, im being extra careful.. and compared to some of my coworkers.. god. lazier than even me. although i wasnt even playing games, as Gran Turismo 5 came out on thanksgiving, I just set up B spec on the spot there, felt easier, dunno.

and of course, a very rich private school.. the parents feel they're above everyone else and can do what they want, which is a no no in my books.. so, i cant even explain some of the things.. at least not through typing..

o ye and i think an azn mother was coming onto me the other day LOL. Then she got out of her bmw coupe.. wow smokin legs. image has been forever engraved in my mind..

oh, and Eclark.. anything new with the car for today? sanding that front off?
