Well no skid marks.. i was at a red light, last car.. thankfully foot on the brakes.. which is weird because i generally put my car into neutral when i am stopped. SO he really didn't hit me hard persay .

Look @ the attachment... the shaded PINK area is where my car was... the Green is the truck and you can see where he hit me... the outline in red is where my car ended up...

 

I had a friend in high school that did the same thing...except the truck driver didn't realize very fast and ended up dragging the car for half a block. Never asked if he was honking the horn through...sometimes it happens so fast you freeze up.
