We (my company) purchase some MFG goods from SA and we even find it hard to return faulty parts for proper credit. Mods products can come thru the back door - as long as they are not on the "list" (vehicles out get government subsidy but vehicles in used or new are subject to tariffs, go figure). You just have to find the right shipper.
