My Nordic Green with new Sterns

Stern St-2 18x8.5 all the way around. I was able to use my existing 225/45 Nitto tires as well as my TPMS sensors. The offset was 38mm--need4speed motors gave me 2mm spacers in case they rubbed the caliper; but they fit without the spacers (some RX8s need the spacers apparently though with these wheels). They weigh about 27 or so pounds.

not too crazy about the bling but I like the colour...looks like a bit of blue in there too.

Yeah--my FD was Montego Blue and the Nordic Green is reminiscent of that--just more green than blue. I thought about getting a different finish, but I like the chrome--plus the colored wheels and racing rims are getting a little too trendy for me.

I like the style of the rim (deep lip and all) and the chrome goes good with that color.

I wouldn't mind having these stern ST-1's in like a hyper-silver finish:

I like that style too--It was a hard choice to decide between the two for me.

Beautiful color man....you have a rare one indeed!

Not to crazy about the style of wheel you chose, makes the 8 look heavy.

Luckily they aren't as heavy as they look--they are about 26-28lbs a piece--so a minimal weight gain--no noticeable decrease in performance.

Looks good! Would look better IMHO a little lower, too. Chrome is a good choice for Nordic. Hmmm... Someday you may see it on mine...

I'd like to lower it--but I had a friend that lowered his Acura CL Type S and these streets did a number on his car--so I think I'm gonna keep the suspension stock...for now. Thanks for the compliments and criticisms fellas. Tomorrow is the first wash day--can't wait--I have a bottle of chrome polish and Quick Mist detail armed.

Looks nice... Gotta love the Green! So.... what are you gonna do with your OEM wheels??

PM me if you would consider selling one. I got one with curb rash.

Right now my wheels are in the garage--there is a gentlemen that may be interested in buying them--but they have curb rash on them as well--so even if that fell through I'm not sure you would really be doing any better by buying on of mine if you are looking to remedy the curb rash.

Representing Nordic Green nicely! Our color is one of the more challenging colors to figure out what will look good. I realy like the look a lot. I'm limiting my options down to the Stern ST-1 Face III Beast for my Nordic. Seeing a similar wheel helped my decision a lot. Nicely done!

^Haha...I didn't even notice how old this thread was! That search button works wonders!

RX8sd, I do think 2004 was the only year for Nordic Green. I love having a rare color. I've only seen one other Nordic Green in my two years of ownership.
