My Brand New 2009 RX-8 R3 (PICS!)

Very nice, congratulations. Mine is exactly the same color as yours with the RS body kit, but it's Japan spec so I have the 18 inch wheels instead of the 19. Will try and post pics when I can find some time.
Either way, congratulations and enjoy. I have been waiting to get an Rx8 for 5 years, and now that I have picked one up, I can tell you it is well worth it, there is no other car that drives like it, looks like it, and most importantly, feels like it.

Oh and by the way, for accessories, the best place you can look at for now is the RX8 Japan website: www.rx-8.mazda.co.jp
You can download the accessories brochure and have a look. I know it's all in Japanese, but it's pretty well illustrated and I think you should be able to figure out what is what.

car looks awesome, totally not digging how the new front emblem is placed in the 09's fron bumper though, looks like it has a ring around it which means shaving it off is going to be a pita now.

Thanks everyone for the positive compliments. They have been hard to come by in previous forums. Glad to see some maturity for once.
My only complaint about the car which I learned today from the DVD that came with it is that you have to let the car warm up for 5 mins before you shut it off to avoid "flooding". Kind of unusual, but this it my first car with a rotary motor so I guess I can expect new things ahead as well. Aside from the poor mileage it gets and having to use 91+ gas it seems like a great car. Feels very responsive at high speed on the highway and solid around turns. I will need to drive it a bit more before I can compare it with my past 2005 350Z.
