My guess would be that he turned it to 11 which cause him to not only blow the speakers, but also the welds on the intake manifold causing him to careen out of control into another car.

Yeah, that does suck. Bad things usually come in 3's...so I suggest that you let you bf drive your dad's big *** truck . On a good note, at least the appearance lip looks fine and is salvageable...maybe you can get some money for that part by selling it to someone else...?

Same here. You'd have to be smoking, changing CD, high, drinking, and text messaging someone all at once to not have time to stop in an RX-8...ok, so I exaggerated a little.

 

nope I wasnt in the car at the time...I was at work. **** I had to leave work to go to the accident cause I was tearing up and ****. My boss even drove me there lol. And he couldnt stop because as soon as he noticed the guy was already too close...PLUS I need my breaks changed and PLUS, he had just washed the car for me so they were wet.

The system got damaged cause the box fell loose of the mounts and hit my sub really hard. Thank god the box was ok...that would have been even worse.

And I seriously debated dropping this guy lol..but I cant cause it wasnt his fault and he really is doing everything he can to make up for it. **** the boy never cries but as soon as I got out of the car to go look at my 8, he was crying worse than I was...and I was pretty close to hysterical lol. ANd ya know, the whole love thing lol

THey gave me a rental car today after I made like 50 jabillion calls. I am now driving a chevy Aveo lol...its hot. God im thinkin bout trading in my 8 for one...its just too much lol. Hopefully it wont take too long to fix, cause this Aveo is embarrassing...or maybe im just too vain.

Ya now that I think about it, the brake thing sounded kinda stupid lol...but no really...it doesnt have as good as a reaction when they are wet.

The rental will be gone soon...im gonna go to Farmers and tell them its not a comprable (sp?) car. Its worth about $20000 less than my 8 lol.
