I got my green one at Wal-mart for like $2.50. Pic from phone camera attached.

 

There are actually two different brands. One is the Muscle Machine shown in the eBay item and the blue one on Intrigue 8's car. The other is by Jada's Import Tuner series, like the green one shown by ATL RX-8.

I have both and think the details are better on the Import Tuner cars. However the Muscle Machine's hoods do open to show a chrome finished Renesis engine bay.

 

Ok, that makes sense. I recall mine being Import Tuner, like you said, but the packaging is very similar. It came with a collector's card with stats. Jada Toys actually made the one I have, according to the stamps on the bottom.

and yeeah the muscle machines version is a pain in the *** to find...but I have both of the 1/64 jada toys ones (green and blue)

 

I have the whole collection, unopened and pinned to a cork board.

I have all kinds of rx8 stuff, I have both the jada's, the yellow muscle machine one. I also have a scale model I'll be starting someday, I'm collecting wheels from other kits for it currently so I'll have a variety when I start. (heh) I'm going to turn one of the blue jada toys into a yellow like my own and have a "micro me" :D Thre are a lot of Hotwheels customizing sites that have a lot of rad ideas so I can
t wait to get started, oh and I have an rx "wall" at home where I've kept them in package and hung them up, my latest two were the jada initial d 7's (an fc and a yellow fd)
