I was actually thinking the same thing about the music. The sounds of the engine did come out pretty good. I don't have all the original footage though, its on my friend's computer. I'll see if I can do another one later on.

There are some sweet roads there!!! Here is one I used to cruise on my sportbike all the time. :D Only made a few rounds on it in my 8 before I left HI.

 

i really wished I had my 8 when I was there in June. There are some great scenic drives there.

You need a good camera mount for inside the car. It would make the video a lot easier to watch, without the bobbing of the person holding the camera. It was cool none the less.

 

Great video! I have an 8 hour road trip coming up, can't wait to get out of the city and just cruise, especially after watching this!

Hawaii was pretty cool, but when I went I had to camp in the woods with no running water or electricity to be able to afford it.

 

Hey cool video whitehot. What road was that on Kauai? Hwy 55 or 550? My wife and I where in Kauai a couple of weeks ago and stayed in Kekaha. We drove up to the Waimea canyon on Hwy 55 in our rental car and I was wishing I had my 8 all they way there. I did spot two Rx8s on the island, one black the other silver.

Heres another little clip. I took out the music from the driving part. Most of the run is in 3rd gear, and there's a little straightaway towards the end of the clip where you can hear the beep. :D
