It's in Japanese... anyone know what they're saying? It's basically a bunch of shots of the prototypes and frames going through testing. You can kinda of get a feel for all the work that went into it, from computers, to machines, to testing. It's hard to tell how long it all took though (how many years?). The whole thing is about 10 minutes long

shows some engines being assembled, by hand of course. Testing cars look nothing like the finished rx8. I like how they ship cars in crate boxes. It went through tests in the US and Germany.

clay sculptures. They even sculpt the dash and interior. Nice widescreen CG presentation. Building the prototype (which looks like our finished product). Nice thick set of blueprints, looks like it weighs a few hundred pounds.

overall, kind of fascinating.
