Sorry to hear about that. Get an attorney and seek treatment ASAP. Don't say you are not hurt, and dont give any recorded statements to the other parties insurance company. A lot of times injuries can surface a few days later.

Does the frame look bent. That looks like a pretty messed up trunk.

hey thanks to everyone for your concern, i'm just waiting for the insurance to come up with a solution, but i think the car is totaled, i will keep you guys posted maybe is time for a R3 who knows, thanks again i hope to see you guys soon
