I got a baby on the way too. But if I were to trade in my 8, I'd at least get something that's bigger and classier like a '04 TL or even an '04 Mazda 6. Getting a compact as a replacement for tight space is kind of defeating the purpose isn't it? Enjoy your new ride, ain't nothing like a new car smell.

thanks for the input guys. I think I'm going to go commit suicided now. lol
1st I never said it was an upgrade, The Rx8 Was unique and I would always get kudos on it. We loved the car. But we all know and yes my fault the auto sucks. Now I have a 7 month baby and with the 8 it was hard to have the baby on the back seat. Also the stroller wouldnt fit on the trunk.
The 8 will be miss but Im getting better gas mileage, lower payment and more room to haul the family.

Okay.
So minivan is out of the question and I take it used cars are out also. What else did you look at because those Sentras are crap. My car before the 8 was a Sentra and so was the one before that. Both SE-R and the latter Spec V.
I'm not here to dis man. But help out. Okay a used certified IS300 (yes it's used but a Lexus none the less AND 2JZ swap down the road anyone), a regular Mazda 3, a Mazda 5, a Suby WRX (I think you can get them in automatic), the new Mitsu Lancer (not an Evo but neither was the 8), Honda Civic ... there some good stuff out there now man.
All in all, I'm just worried about you and your family with that Sentra. I just don't trust that car. No offense man.

If you keep the Sentra though .....
please lower it at least.
Just messing with ya. Good luck with your kid. You've got more on your plate to deal with than "oooo baby, hey rx8club, check my new MS kit, turbo kit, rims, and Kelly Clarkson CD collection. Now I can spread my MS spoiler, learn how to fly, smoke a STOCK EVO, and say good bye. Make a wish, up the boost, take chance, and breeeeeaaaaak aaaaaaaawaaaaaaay".

Clearly he's not a "***". He has a wife and a kid. Which are the exact reasons why he traded his car. Also I think having the guts to get married and have babies is the ultimate way to "man up"... not getting a turbo. Besides, that's what a mid-life crisis is for

^ thats actually a godlike idea, I mean, what better way than to show your wife and little kid what a failure you are in making your life decisions!
I mean, this cleary prints "I made the wrong decision in marrying and having a kid with you" card on your car you know
