Put some mileage on the car this weekend, it's cruises good haven't really gotten on the throttle, time to start getting the MAF scaling sorted out.

Tile works sucks, it's one of the few things I really don't like doing.

Better hurry up, only have a few weeks before DGRR! Don't think I'm going to make it up there this year though.

Yea once you get into the tuning you will be adjusting Fuel VE table or injector sizing as you go. I just messed with the injector size so that it would run ok under minimal boost.

Got my new wastegate actuator installed, now the car makes more than 3psi of boost, Yayyy! LOL

Went with one of the Turbosmart IWG Actuator this time and made a new bracket to fit it....

So we are done with our tuning session for the day, big thanks to Kane for coming down and doing all of this. He's estimating about 290whp at this point as we are limited by my wastegate actuator to 7 psi, I'll get my boost controller setup this week and get to 10psi and we'll see where we are at.

Going to take some time to do more logs and get the tune dialed in, once that's done I'll get the car on a dyno.

For now here's a graph Kane thought I should share. This is a 4th Gear pull to about 7000rpm at about 6-7psi.....

AFR's are safe right now, still work to do as far as fine tuning it. Need to start collecting a lot of logs and getting the Fuel VE Table dialed in.

Thanks, Yup still a lot of work and small changes to make to really get the tuned dialed in, but the car is running good right now.

Another Graph, 4th Gear to Redline, we made some change to the throttle fuel tables, notice the AFR's smoother transition.....

That is a low mass airflow for 7psi . Would have expected to see over 300 .... Not that that is necessarily a problem - just sayin .

Looks nice and smooth though.

On that log I was pretty consistent at 6psi, dropped off to 5psi toward the very end.

Don't know why, but it seems like we get caught up on G/S numbers too much on this forum.

My MAF Scale is good, that's the first thing we did...
On that log Max MAF Voltage is 4.16, Max G/S is 270.... Which corresponds perfectly with my MAF Scale.
