No doubt the Lambo looks awesome, but the 8 doesn't look too pedestrian next to it, but definitely not exotic. The yellow really draws you to it.

The gallardo is a lot more compact than I thought it would be in real life. One sweet peice of machinery.

 

Actually I think you 8 looks significantly better than the Ford Windstar/Freestar behind you......................

 

Great pic. I never realized how low to the ground the Lambos are. I feel pretty low in the 8 already (compared to where I use to come from ... corolla and land cruiser) ... the Lambo must be like being in a street luge.

 

Both are sexy. :D

Even if I had the money to buy one I wouldn't there is something about paying a fortune for the servicing (ie 15 K miles etc) that goes along with these and ferraris etc. Give me a Z06 and a 150 shot of NOS and watch out!

One of my clients here in San Antonio has a white Gallardo, one of only three in town. He picked me up for a lunch meeting in it one day and I was blown away. That car is unfreakin believable. It actually has a button to raise the front end so you don't scrap it going up embankments or over speed bumps. It also gets stared at constantly. Performance is unreal and the sound is also incredible from the V-10. Still haven't convinced him to let me drive it yet. Oh well, guess I'll just have to wait and win the lottery so I can buy my own.

I once saw a Countach while I was driving my Triumph Spitfire. Even from the Spit, I had to look down to see it!

 

From what I read, the lambo isn't too bad to serivice because it's all Audi. And a Porsche? nickles and dimes. Ferrari's though, that's a whole different story.

 

My brother works at a Ferrari dealership and they have a few lambos that come in. They are suprisingly much less to maintain then the Ferraris. They don't sit as low though. I'll put up a few pics.
