It's very hard to get the bumper covers to reflect like metal panels. It's a oddity of the beast.
Nice ride for sure - roll it into the BBQ dyno day that pdxhak mentioned. No need to dyno it, but it will look awesome next to the RX7's showing. Gotta represent the 8's for sure!

Something like that. He said 10k in mods but those coilovers are $2100 alone.... I stopped adding everything together after that. he was being conservative with that estimate I think! Either way I'm really glad y'all like it!
I keep forgeting it's mine though. I was walking to my car from the grocery store yesterday looking for my old car (a 2000 eclipse gs) I looked up for a second, saw the 8 and said. Sick car.... Then I proceeded to keep looking for my eclipse for a good full minute before I remembered.... Oh yeah that was my car......
I will say this though... It takes me forever to get anywhere! Not because the car is slow but because anytime I park it or start it there is someone there complementing it or asking me questions about it. Makes me feel good.
Here are my next mods so at least I can say I did SOMETHING to the car....

Sub in the trunk (not a clue how I'm gonna pull that off though!) Those jic magic bars block off the option behind the seat. I'm a guitarist so I'd like to be able to carry 1 guitar in the trunk. I think the 4080s might work I may have to try on someones car with those in there to see if it works.

Got to see her this weekend... Honestly, the pics can't do this car justice. A week before this meet I saw a Stormy Mica Blue MS'ed out and thought that was the prettiest 8 I'd ever seen but DAMN.

Lol thanks guys. I'll take some more pics to let you pleasure yourselves to when I wash her again. I actually took her camping last night. I pulled into the campsite and as I drove past all the big trucks I could see rather confused looks on people faces. got a lot of attention though!

That is one sick 8! I love the Volks! Make sure you join the Rays Wheels Owners Club in the wheels and tires subforum. I believe the previous owner already did, but since you are new, why not? Have fun with it.
