Smile Import Motion, Sacramento Pics

Here is a pic of our Project RX-8 from the Import Motion show in Sacramento. You can find more photos at the website. There was one other RX-8 at the show sporting the Veilside kit and a nice system. Bikini contest photos should be up later this week from that show.

Is your carbon fiber hood from seibon? i got the oem one from them too, but they didn't fit good on my mazdaspeed rx8, do you know why"? does seibon make all the hood the same? know i am spending more money just try to fit that damn hood right

The hood is the OEM style from SEIBON. Fitment is pretty good on our hood. We had to adjust the latch up a little but that is all. If you are having problems with fitment you should loosen the bolts near the back of the hood and take the latch off and then close it down and move it left or right to get it to fit better. When you have it fitting better then open the hood carefully and tighten the 10mm bolts and retach your latch. Hope this helps.

Yeah our Project RX-8 is Tsunami's Demo vehicle for this kit. It is a full Urethane kit and we will be working on a triple gauge pod for the interior as well for all you owners without the Navigation unit.

is there an inlet to go with that outlet on the side skirts? I don't see one, for some reason I thought it was facing front in that picture.

Check out www.Tsunami1.com and contact them to find out when the sideskirts should be ready for shipment and to find a dealer near you.

You know what would look better than that huge spoiler would be something like the Racing Beat one in carbon fiber. It'd be a good complement to the hood.
