I'm pretty sure the reason for this is due to a bandwidth quota on east moon's homepage. yahoo, tripod, etc, all the free hosting services limit the bandwidth/hour people can use. The more people that browse through these threads, the more people access his site and restrict it for an hour. I can't read japanese, but I'm sure his site says something to the extent of "over quota, check back later" after too much usage (like now)
