Thx. Not dropping it, im saving for a turbo. Smoking side markers are out because the cops in my area already got me for led parking lights....apparently my car is a police vechicle.
Im still looking for good areas to take some sharp pictures locally. But the weather is pretty crappy lately.

If they hadn't said squat about the back why the trouble with the side markers?
blacking the side marker is cheap and would make your car more "complete"
As for a better location, try one without trees and wires and poles. I have taken nice pics behind a bigbox store, using the repetitive siding as a focal standout for the 8. Alleys are good too, I've seen a couple real good ones. Or just park on a rural road with bare fields in the backround. Your car looks nice but the backround is very "busy".

I have taken night shots in rural areas by me. They are in one of my albums on the forum.
I have to drive around and see where I can go w/o 'No Trespassing' signs.
