I agree, it needs an aftermarket exhaust to make it sound pissed. No fart can exhaust, one that's not too obnoxious.

 

I thought it was more like the whine of a jet taking off- blenders have a nasty metallic sound.

 

just sounds like a high-revving sports car to me... it'd be good with a louder exhaust system, but i think those side exhaust ports and low overlap have "over tamed" the sound... well, for me: it's probably perfect for the intended market (as we see in the above statements).

 

Personally, I think that a bridgeport rotary is the best sound I've ever heard, but the new 8 is very clean sounding.

I've been looking something like this soundclip forever.

Oh yea, they probably didn't go to the sixth (overdrive) gear because, the engine probably would sound pretty tame and quiet on that gear.

 

I thought that guy going to put in the third rotor after the second one :D
