Jingle Ballzzzz!
Leesha, you DO look like Alanis Morisette! I would take that as a compliment, BTW.
All nice pics, ladies! Very sexy, please keep them coming!
Darkrose, the ST1100 is a GREAT bike! I'm more of a sportbiker (I ride a CBR600), but when they put me out to pasture I'll get a Goldwing or the ST1100. Let's see some pics of you, your 8, and the Honda!

While we were married, before Randy died, we had:
Kawasaki Concours
BMW K1200LT (sold it only to help buy our boat)
Honda ST1100
When we were between bikes after the BMW, we borrowed my brother's Goldwing for a very long trip to Canada, and I have to say as a passenger, it was the most comfortable of all. Long before me, Randy had a Goldwing, and he said he was able to keep up with his sport bike buddies - he said they were amazed.
/end hijack!

Ah... sport touring though.... the best of both worlds!

Liz, Love the ST! NICE color too! And you look marvelous on it darling!
I'm impressed that you're riding it. Did I tell you that about a year ago I was moving ours out of the garage (didn't start it though, just sat on it and rolled it backward with my feet) and I stopped and went to lean it over, thinking that the kickstand was still down, and it tipped completely over on my foot and broke it? Somehow I managed to pull my foot out - it was bent over sideways. But I was alone and I was trying to lift the bike up by myself - LOL, what a joke - there was no way I could do it! I don't know how you can handle it by yourself...

OUCH!!! You were trying to pick up the bike with a broken foot?? Talk about determination. Whenever I have to back up the bike, I put the kickstand down, get off the bike, and roll it backwards using the handlebar and side lever. I've only dropped it once in a wet parking lot, and luckily had friends with me to help right the bike. Thank goodness for tipover wings! I'm determined to learn how to pick it up by myself though. They say it's all about leverage.
How long did it take for your foot to heal?? That doesn't sound like a simple break......eek...

It actually only broke my 5th metatarsil (baby toe bone) - the very tip of it closest to my ankle. They said that is the most common break though - pretty simple. I wore one of those hard plastic removeable boots for about 10 weeks. LOL...Won't do that again!!!
