ditto

I think yellow caliper goes very well with green... the center cap is a touch too much. If I see it more often it will be ok

I love painting my calipers. Things I also love:
Airbrushing my shoes
Painting my toothbrush (custom baby)
fingerpaints
body paint on my left nipple
Painting bullets and then shooting myself in the head...

Insert Standard Disclaimer: "but to each their own."

I don't care for it too much. The yellow calipers are what catches your eye first (focal point) and not the car. The painted calipers should add to the look and not take your eye away from the car IMO.

Also, most race cars (refering to the LOTUS analogy) have crazy colors so they can tell which car is thiers on the track at high speed.

well...anyways....I think they look great! Those colors defintiely go well with each other.

If I remember what it was, I'll be back.

So when you see my yellow calipers fly by your window like you're standing still, you'll know it was me! LOL

I'll wave as you go by. Also when you zip by a cop they'll notice your yellow calipers as well.

Don't mind them, any bright coloured caliper will attract attention away from the rest of the car. I notice red calipers a lot, and that seems to be the standard colour to paint them these days.

ummmmmm

Speaking of that! Any recommendations on a good detector? That doesn't cost a arm and a leg?

Sorry, we aren't allowed to use them up here in Canada.
IIRC the valentine one (or something like that) is one of the best, but I think they were pretty expensive.

That's just for you Eastern bums. Detectors are completely legal in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan!
