I don't appreciate a member tracing my images, making shirts, and selling to other club members without my permission. I DO NOT plan on pursuing legal action, if that is what's bothering you. It's not worth either of our time or money. All I ask is that you stop selling(if you are) shirts with my design on it. Please, next time, ask before you use someone's property.

I always thought Greek people were pretty respectful people. Guess that blows that theory.

I will say that blonde is hot.

 

beleive me we did not use your designs to make profit if thats what you are thinking.We are only some rx8 owners that gets together and have fun with our cars not a firm that sells stuff.
And yes we didnt know that those images were copywrited.The members of the Greek rx8 club that first used those images are no longer members.It didnt crossed our minds that those images were someones property so we continued using them.
Say the word and we will remove them immediately.
Sorry this has happened.

For future reference Georx8, all created images are automatically copyrighted by the creator once completed. I don't mind you using the banner, but if you are selling shirts, I kindly ask that you stop.

Dear friends as a member first of the .com club,made my mind and bought the RX8.Then I found out through this site that there was another club in my country Greece.Everyone was in both sites so many of us became friends.Unfortunately for what Polak says the graphics where the same.Thought that were from the same designer but didn't know actually.The .gr Club is not selling the T-shirts neither the stickers.We made them so that to give them in any new member or through group buys.Polak none is having a profit through this except MAZDA for which all of us make a free advertisement.Anyway your Polakdgraphics are awesome and sometime a group buy will be held.
