I would suggest an even higher wing in the back, use spray paint to tint the window, and then put every sticker you've ever found on the car. Each sticker adds 2 HP. Then go to your local Import shop and show off your prize possession, walk in there seriously, and tell them you would like to purchase the Highest Performance bulbs to increase horse power.
