What a great day! driving down US19 in Tampa bay area I had a Red RX-8 and a Titanium driving on the road beside my Silver. I wonder what the other people thought. Here are some images I took (sorry for the quality, I was driving) The red one is straight ahead -

And that's not all, just before I took these pics, a Silver RX-8 pulled into a plaza I was leaving. I didn't have my camera ready though. On Monday I passed two winning blue RX-8s on my ride home from work. I guess people are starting to get a clue.

 

That's cool. I haven't seen any other RX8's at all while driving mine. I've had mine for 3 months now.

 

damn, so now we're the next PTCruiser... a dime a dozen. Actually, I've only seen 3 others not counting rally's and I'm in San Diego.

 

Yeah, it blew me away seeing TWO at once like that. The red one had a dealer tag on it, and it looked like a salesman driving it. The Titanium one must have been an automatic because the guy driving it was talking on his cell phone holding it with his right hand. At one point were were all side by side, each 8 in a seperate lane and all driving at the same speed side by side.

 

He was probably talking on the phone about how surprised he was to see two other 8s on the road.

 

Clever to have the camera handy...perhaps the RX-8 should of had one of these built in too! :-)

 

Yeah, great get having the camera ready to go....next time you see news, call us!

its funny all the ones I have seen on the road have been before I got mine. once I took delivery I haven't seen another one since!

awesome pics though.. i think I may have to carry my camera in my car!

 

one day i was in teaneck nj visiting friends and while driving around i saw 2 rx8s, one silver and one blue. i was like, woah.. counting my rx8, thats three in a town, all on the road at once.

did someone say beetlejuice 3x?...

 

so that's how the RX8's booty looks from the driver's view on the road. I have never again seen another RX8 since I left the dealership 3 months ago. I'm the only RX8 in town and I'm proud of it.

Hey Bay if you a Silver one in Woodbridge NJ it's me :D

 

I too have staretd to see more on the road. The first 3 months or so I didnt see any at all. Now I catch 1 or 2 in a day, every 3 or 4 days.

Also helps that I hang out with AlexCisneros and I know several of the people around here. But I still see new ones pretty often. Good to see the car starting to make an impact in town. Now I wont have to stop to answer questions all the time....

Yeah right! in the past 3 days, every time I'm out somone is asking me about the car.

 

it will be a lot better to see how the other cars looks like on the rear view mirror especially on the race track.

 

I see lots of 8's too...not many from on the forum I've found out.
