That would make a great screen saver.

 

Nice transformation. I picture that image as the style of an RX-8 commercial. Scene is the RX-8 'color outlines' snaking through a road course. Have no idea what any words would say.

 

Plugins: Actually it's a straight forward application in PSv7 of Filters>Stylize>Glowing Edges.

ScreenSaver: My thought exactly and my current SS.

those arent hard, just filters

with the moving background, you should make the wheels spin to make it look like its moving. use a lasso toold circle the wheels and use a radial blur or motion blur, I forget.. try those.

 

it always freaks me out to see pictures modified so the car looks like it is in motion but with no driver.
