haha im kinda in a tight spot with money since i just bought the car but i got the car for a steal though.. 2004 rx-8 grand touring 6speed with 27,000 miles for 13,500 and with the trade in of the cobalt i only paid 3000 for the car.. so i was happy!!
what would be a good starter mod performance wise?
im really new to rotary engines but ive read that exhaust grains are pretty high on these cars? is this true?

haha not really. umm a test pipe will get you maybe 5-8 hp exhaust will get maybe 5 and intake does about 3-5 depending. It all depends on you. my first mod was exhaust because i like hearing my car. then some exterior stuff, then coilovers, you can go many different ways its all about what you want. i always think lower and wheels are a must because i dont like wheel gap =]

Bastard! I paid the same price for almost the same exact 8 (black too) and mine had 45k!! (jealous) You got a damn good deal.

Sorry , I think that is pretty awesome. I like how someone painted the rotors red, it really stands out.

That should be a nice upgrade from the Cobalt, was the Cobalt an SS?

Love the wheels! I just ordered mine about a week ago. They take about 30-90 days to arrive though.
