I wasn't feeling the red all too much so i decided to get a new paint job take a look!

I tried getting the whitest possible and the body shop told me its snow white

 

Looks good, white would be my second choice. It's hard to judge the quality with those pics though. What stands out to me is that they painted the pillars on the doors white, looks odd.

These shots down justify the quality, that's for sure . I'll get some more pictures in later today

All the door jams and everything has been painted expect the engine bay, only what could could have been painted while the engine stayed in

 

That's good, a quality paint job cost money.

 

yeah looks good but Mazda purposely has the B-pillar black to look more like a coupe than a sedan. Doesnt look bad at all just less coupey.

 

You guys are right, I didn't notice the pillar. But comparing it, I'm kind of digging that area white a bit more

 

Did you get the emblems removed from the trunk lid? I noticed the front is still on so I imagine that would be a no?

Yes pillars are just vinly, and just wondering how much did you pay for the full job? White is right

Indeed. I never noticed it until somebody mentioned it in a thread. For the longest time I thought the pillars were actually painted black...but the are not!

 

The emblems had been removed and painted black as well with "Mazda RX 8"

Also, the back rotor had been painted white and the front rotor had been painted black

 

The full job was just a bit above 4 grand

 

Where are the 7 dwarfs? lol
