Ordered some new wheels, got a hell of a deal from wheeldude.com. Decided to make the car look like how it sounds... racecar!

Went from this: 19" ADR Spartan Triple Chrome/ 9.5R x 8.5F


To this: 18" Rota DPT Hyper Black/ 9.5 all around


Need to take some better pics of the new wheels, this angle makes them look alot darker than what they really are.

Looks way better. At first I thought the chrome ones were your new wheels and was kind of disgusted.

 

While it does look better. I don't think anyone with a racecar would want to run cheap poorly constructed wheels like Rota's...

Keep in mind though that the hardcore sponsored race car drivers around here give no love to us common folk with Rotas. I got bashed when I got mine. Some people, it would seem, think that Rotas are no better than a set of training wheels glued to a wooden dowel.

 

 

Because "real" wheels don't break.

I read the whole story behind that Cor wheel. Who knows the story behind that poster wheel.

 

You wouldn't wanna go cheap on anything that's safety related...stick with stock if you can't afford it. Period.

 

Some of the fastest and most powerful time attack cars in the country run rotas.
