I love the sounds, sounds freaking awesome. Do you happen to have dyno numbers?

Dude, your driving hard again untuned? You must like getting engines rebuilt. And why is your BOV not recirculated?

Definately not driving it hard--maybe half throttle, 5k short shifting, 5psi...

I even searched engine break in procedures, found a quote from you Sarx--"drive it normally, not too hard, not too soft"

And after researching the BOV, some have it recirc and some don't. My car runs fine.... However I know it is supposed to be in recirc.

It's not yet tuned, but it's plenty quick already.

Yea is one of those things I put on the back burner in the beginning... But i think a 13 dollar fitting is doable now lol. Zip tie is staying though!

Little things count. FYI for the sake of future post calm the itch, follow the tunning regiment via MM and change your BOV.

Goodluck with the rebuild

Dude, if you are not tuned, you should not be in boost. Period.

And my stance on break in is only on a tuned engine and I never went into boost while breaking mine in. And you can run your BOV VTA, but on a MAF equipped car it is not ideal. But you probably like the cool sound I am sure.

All it takes is one lean spot under boost and it's zoom, zoom, boom.

I know too well... very cautious with monitoring my gauges now. Barely drive the car actually--- which is prolonging my break in period.

ahhh the dilemna of "get it tuned man".... you see, way over here in Germany it's so lonely being a rotary enthusiast. And then following MM's tuning schedule (2x monthly) will take maybe 4 or 5 months to complete ?

But then there's the fact that I actually need to drive around the car to wear in the compression....

Oh rotaries, ILU!
