Streams and such do carry debris such as rocks, gravel, other materials that could get thrown down the waterfall and land on your hood.

i didnt sit there for very long, basically park, jump out, get soaked, and snap the pics. i didnt hear/see any crap hit the car, and there was no damage, i wasnt too worried seeing as the hood was due in about 4 days, so i figured the risk was worth it for the payoff of rare pics.

since i've gotten a few questions about them, yes i have LEDs on the rear bumper, front bumper, and a lightbar up front and in the rear window for the emergency squad and rescue task force i'm on. the front bumper lights are blue and white, the front bar is blue and amber, rear bumper lights are blue, and the arrow stick is amber. they all have seperate strobe patterns, except the arrow stick, it has patterns to direct traffic left and right as well as flashing. i set the exposure on my camera to 1 second so all the lights look steady on.
i also have 90 watt white strobes in the headlights (high beam) and back up lights.
