Clear Corner Images???

I keep hearing about how Clear Corners are a must for 8 owners. I have been looking around on both the Club & the web to find a good image of what is exactly different between USA (Non-Clear Corners) and Europe (Clear Corners). If anyone has some good images showing the difference please post. As it stands, I think the Stock lens configuration looks sweet, but if the clears really enhance the presentation it may be worth swapping em out.

The only color the orange corners look okay on is red because it blends in (sorta). Even then, I like my clears better than the factory lights.

^^^ I agree with the Baron ... V Red is ok with the orange clear corners. I think that Lightning Yellow goes with orange corners as well. On the other hand, I feel that Winning Blue just clashes way too much with the orange. Here are my pics:

Excellent images! Thanks. I think I must agree that the clear corners do look better on the darker colored vehicles. As a matter of fact the Amber Corners look retarded on the Blue and Cherry images posted!!! Mine is Velocity Red so it is matched well enough, but I bet with the clear headlamp lenses the clear corners would look tight so I will invest in them. One last question though... I would assume that when the clear corners are applied I should pull the clear indicator bulb as well and use an amber indicator bulb for the corner lights??? Any suggestions on what you all did.

Ha ha ... RETARDED!! That's an awesome description.

Personally I swapped the stock 194 bulbs with white LEDs. Even though this is considered "illegal" in some provinces and states, I simply don't like the car glowing orange ... so I'm going to take my chances. Added bonus is that it glows faintly blue (BONUS!). Note the pic is on high exposure so the blue is a bit of an exaggeration.

I swapped out the clear bulbs for the yellows to make it legal in PA.....I also took out the reflectors that are positioned inside so as to make a more uniform appearance throughout the lense when the lights are on.....there is a DIY on this procedure in the DIY forum..

Good Deal on the follow-ups!
I am turning into a junkie already! [I can see it now... "Just One More Fix!"] Just dropped 400 beans on JDM Clear Corners with stealth 194 bulbs (clear looking so you don't get that amber glow through the Clear Corners during the day, but glow amber when running lights are on), Aluminum Fender Strakes, Chrome Front & Rear Rotary Accents (Appearance Package that my 8 did not come with) and the must have Chrome Rotary RX8 Valve Caps!!!

I know it is all cosmetic and NOT performance enhancements, but maybe she will look tuff enuff that no one will want to challenge her!!! LOL Besides... these items I can complete myself. After all, my idea of hands on is one hand on the mouse surfing and the other on the stick jerking. ((Contemplates striking the last comment. Nahh, in good humor & rhymes so should be safe))

My next project will probably be the CatBack Exhaust & Exhaust Finishers. This is if my wife will let me spend my lunch money on it!!!

Thanks again for your images and suggestions!

OK guys. I got my Corners w/Stealth 194's in today & installed them as soon as I got a break in the rain. Here they are...
Before Lights Off:

After Lights Off:

Before Lights On:

After Lights On:

Thanks again for the images you all supplied... I think the Corners look awesome on red too! Whole install in less than 15 minutes too. Almost as easy a strapping on the seat belt.
