Swamp trip, painted calipers, and more UH photos *Warning* Not 56k friendly
I've been meaning to post some of these pics for ages but never got around to it.
Yesterday I went on a road trip to a national park called Anahuac, which is basically a swamp land with a ton of birds, alligators and all kinds of Texan critters... so naturally I had to get some car pics along with the local wildlife.
These pics are from the UH photoshoot I did with fellow board member Woz, featuring my "new" gold calipers:
And finally, here's a pic of my Decepticon steering wheel cover:
Let me know what y'all think!

Stuck in a love triangle
Those rims are only available on the base automatic. If you buy an automatic with Sports Package or higher you cannot get those rims. But the down side to having a base automatic is that it doesn't handle the way a base manual does, has smaller brakes, and no traction control. Upside is obviously the price, and the fact that it obviously weighs less with those rims than the other automatics, so it's the fastest automatic RX-8 available.
I have mixed feelings about those rims though.
