cleaned my exhaust

well my exhaust was black when i got it and i took the advice of another member here and decided to clean it

i got the black stuff of with steel wool and polished it with never dull

before

very nice what stuff did you use on it? when i get mine back from the dealership i need to do the same.

steel wool gets up the dirt and never dell polishes it

you don't need steel wool.. wouldn't that just scratch up your tips? i get the same result with never dull alone.. no effort or anything.. just take a chunk out and all the black wipes clean away.. i use a paper towel after the never dull and my tips come out blingin..

just do what i did...ditch the stock exhaust and get the AP exhaust with Ti tips! (yes its that cool)

steel wool didnt scratch it at all and the never dull alone could not get up the black

I COMPLETELY AGREE... I ordered this stuff and it literally was amazing. It cleaned my black, yellowed tims and full discolored muffler underneath in about 2 minutes. Didnt need that much rubbing and they looked better than new.

What he said. NeverDull cleans, but does not protect. I would not be surprised if your tips are all scratched up now from steel wool. What grade did you use?

Should this be in the Show & Shine thread?

will this stuff remove the blue and purple on the titanium tips on the agency power exhaust? I will look into this stuff if it doesn't do that

lol kool, I remeber when I used to polish my exhaust tips. I don't do it anymore but good to know I wasn't the only one =)
