Watching that video only reminds me of my one major problem with the RX-8: its **** is so far up in the air!!! Every time I see shots like that I think 'Ford Puma', 'Vauxhall Tigra' etc. I need to see it for real to assess whether I can live with it. Still none the wiser about the first post to this thread and 'RX-EVolved' shouts a lot.

 

well at least those japanese commercials were entertaining. they have cooler commercials than us

"low down style" mpv was the best, with the fake cgi airplane

so the zoom zoom boy is in japan, too

 

I've always said "If you've got it, flaunt it!" I think the 8's **** is hot, and should be flaunted!

Hi Lensman, yes you're right -- when I saw that film I thought "OH MY GOD I DON'T BELIEVE THIS IS ITS BACK..... :o" But I think this film is somewhat misleading and maybe (hopefully) the pic is a liitle bit out of proportion (although the old 5series BMW looks o.k. in proportions However, I have seen the RX-8 in person (in Leipzig/AMI) and I did not notice a big butt rather a quite sexy one. Not as bad as the Mitsubishi Eclipse (2) series which IS ugly (out of proportion), rather like the MX-3...

i think the rear end is perfect, it's beautiful. but then again i swear by anything about this car :D
