she's at the shop being torn down now, it doesn't show in the pics but the front lip is pretty trashed, bent and rashed. Insurance didn't include it in the estimate so I'm trying to get them to cover a new one. I'll have new happier pics in a week or two

Ditto. For me previously, both a dealership and a third party body shop estimated repairs incorrectly on two separate occasions, not realizing the lip is part of the aero package. Price differences are quite significant, sadly.
