Thats what i thought those were... mmmm... The rear wheels are wider by and inch right? 8.5inch front vs. 9.5 inch back? I love them but I hate how both are different. You cant rotate the tires and I read the one forum on here about it affecting the handling of the car, I agree with a wider tire in the back could cause some handling issues (understeer or oversteer) and im not willing to pitch out the money for those problems and not being able to rotate them :/

But they are sexy!

I looooove my Whitewater Pearl RX8. Her name is "Blanca". I wish that the newer models had this color cuz I'm already planning for the next one and I just bought lightly used 05' last month. Do the chrome bulbs look good in the clear corner light?

I'll assume you mean the stealth bulbs. They look good, can't notice them when they are not illuminated and nicely match the brightness of the most inside light (daytime running lights I think). The LED solutions are nice too, but a light too bright for my tastes.

 

Are you running any spacers? I want to go 9.5 all around too with a 35-19 offset I'm stayin 18' so I don't think i'll need a fender roll.

 

^If you run a 18x9.5 with a +35 or lower offset, you will need a roll if you are running a 255mm or bigger tire...

 

^^ true i'm running 235mm on all 4 tires and i have no rubbing on the fenders

So I am probably getting new wheels to replace OEM within the next month, and definitely leaning toward PF01s:


I realized that they look alot like the winter rims I have, which are tuner knockoffs, beat up and such. Anyway, they look close enough though that I have a pretty good idea of what they would look like on my 8. Here are some pics of my winter rims for an idea. Ignore the salt and dirt please, even washing it once a week doesn't stay ahead of it much. Also the winter rims are 17s, and I'd be going 18x8 or 18x9 (haven't decided yet)
