Yea, April is the time I switch over too. I have to say, I enjoy riding on these 17's and softer tires in the winter as a change of pace. The roads are so full of potholes and frost heaves that riding on 18's and performance tires is very rough.

I dont care what other people say, Axis Hiros got to be one of the top 5 best looking rims on the 8!

I almost bought the Hiros. Only problem is there are way to many RX-8s with them, and in fact someone local to me has them on his VR, so that would just be weird. They sure are nice though.

Heres mine, its sleeping right now for winter, but when it comes out its getting new EBC slotted rotors all around on redstuff pads Also needs the Emissions test lol

I have the EBC redstuff brake pads on mine right now. I am not a fan of them. Every time its cold out or wet my brakes squeal really bad. I most likely will go with Hawk next time around.
