Wow, Pico, awesome shots!!! It's great when the size of the pics is a bigger size to really see the details. You can really see the sparkle of the mica paint in these pics.

 

Pico, forgot to ask, are those the stock tail lights? Looks like they have LEDs in a star pattern inside the round lens.

I'm paralyzed and cannot use my legs. Therefore I have NO other option but to drive an automatic. I would have loved to have had the opportunity to own a manual 8. Before my injury I've driven 18spd tractor trailers daily, own 2 other car that were manual, and rode and raced 5 different types of motorcycles. So, I'm MORE then capable to drive any type of manual trans out there.

What does the type of trans your car has have to do with the way it looks in a photos? Nothing....... I drive and clean well maintained 8 that I'm proud to own, and to have someone like your self say the car isn't a good looking car because of the tranny that pushes is bullshit.... Thanks for your positive feedback its appreciated.

Yes they are LEDs that I bought from V-Led.

They are the V-star's and run about 75 bucks a pair. They are much brighter the any other LEDs that I have tried in the past. The first time installing them can be a pain in the butt, but its worth the aggravation. If your looking for a good set of light then try em out. If you want pointers on how to install them with ease just PM me.

haha holy shiut people i never said it looks bad i just said its not that nice cuz its an auto....and its tru...it isnt that nice cuz its an auto..... I stand by that statement. What I meant is that you should not be fooled by the photos, cuz it DOES look good.

Just because you are injured and can't drive a stick doesn't mean you can buy an automatic tranny sportscar and then have it be nice somehow just because we feel sorry for you or something. It is still a crappy automatic even if you had to get one.


On a lighter note: just curious how you drive at all.....? Do you have the ability to move legs at all? If not, just curious what your setup is because I have heard of different ways paralyzed people can drive cars.

Nice pics. I do hate the advertising on the car. A license plate frame that can be removed quickly is much better.

The only dealer I see doing that here in NorCal is SF BMW/Mini. Obnoxious. I'd make them take it off b4 I bought the car.

 

nice pics pico ... yea some ppl are jack asses bro cant be helped ... i get that sometimes too although your reason is way better i couldnt get a manual coz mostly my entire left side was broken when i got my 8 so no clutch for me and my 8 was supposed to be temporary while i healed but fell in love and didnt wanna loose money selling it so i kept it and im happy with it ... i also have 3 other cars soon to be 4 and theyre all stick ... people just dont understand that sometimes you just dont want or cant have a manual .. but pics your car does look AMAZING i love the color and the rims

 

So you go online to post pics of your car on a forum. I am assuming the purpose is for others to view them and comment as they please. Of course plenty of comments are positive, but then one guy decides to say that the car sucks, which is a legit comment, and it's like OMFG how DARE YOU!!!! What do you expect when posting **** online? Some people will comment in ways which you do not like, or in ways which put down what you drive. Thats the point of it sort of; to allow for open comments covering a wide range of viewpoints. Basically all i said was that you car looks great, but it sucks cuz its an automatic. That's f'ing all. What I got in return from people was basically: "you're an abortion and an ******* who can't be helped."

one thing that I have learned here is to not post comments that are negative, because people do not accept them too well.

Notice how i do not attempt to retaliate after the personal attacks (abortion, *******, etc...)despite the fact that I made zero personal attacks myself?


On a truly balanced forum, people's reactions should be of equal bravado regardless of if I say your car is awesome or if i say it is terrible. I will have to remember next time to not say something that isn't positive, because those result in name calling.

Then you have the nerve to ask about how I drive at all and my medical prognostics is out of line. This has nothing to do with the pics. I don't know if you were just trying to lighten up the situation or turn the screws.

renesisgenesis what mods do you have done? I would like to see some pics of your car? An a car sucks cuz its a auto! Thats just down right dum. I don't know if you been living in a whole or up someones *** but most if not just about all hi end cars only come wit auto trannys. Do you go to car shows at all? Some all out show cars don't even start!! Do you really think they lose points because its a auto. You know maybe your not into shows and u track ur 8. An if u do then you should know the driver does more to lower the lap time then the tranny. I had a turbo AUTO 8 that i think would bet and or give ur 6spd a good run. I now have a EVO X MR AUTO tranny and im more then sure would lap ur 6spd all day long. Better let go push ur BS over to all the nissan GTR guys the love there Auto trannys cars. Maybe im out of line to go of like this but everyone that joins any car sites are car lover's. Not auto vs stick haters.
