finally got the car back, got the ron davis radiator installed as well as the samco hoses, car feels pretty good so far, i think besides upgraded fans and custom ducting, I'm pretty much good on the cooling department. I've only driven it from the shop to work, but the temp gauge was settling around 80-90c. Dont have pictures yet, but will try to take some when i get home.
Also had a compression test done while i was there, since I'm now over 100,000 miles.

So a lot of things have happened in the past few months and I’ve been too busy to update.
So on dec 4th i was hit by a girl in a Honda Accord who was trying to switch lanes and didn't bother to check her blind spot. The result is that my front lip is pretty much destroyed, the bumper took some damage as well as the fender. I'm considering upgrading to an aftermarket bumper depending on the insurance situation.
In the near future, i signed up for a group buy for 2 piece Girodisk rotors, they are fully floating 2 piece design with directional vanes, along with new Carbotech pads i think they would make a pretty nice brake upgrade, and good for some weight reduction too.
hey we go up like maybe once or twice every 2 month, but now we're doing mostly track days, lately its been kind of busy so not as much time driving the 8. Im considering going to the buttonwillow event on the 18th if i can get my car ready in time.

nah its a rep, there was an authentic one making its rounds around here but i think the last owner crashed it. The authentic one is really flimsy i think, its transparent in certain parts if you look closely, you can see through the weave.
i like the C bumper too but i don't really like the bottom lip part of it, plus then i would need side skirts n stuff to match, i like the regular se03 because its pretty clean n its designed for cars without side skirts, only difference is i might flatten the bottom part and see if i can fit a splitter on it

so after all the dealings with insurance i finally got my car back, with a brand new lip courtesy of farmers, i also had them shave the front bumper while it was being prepped for paint, looks much better IMO
picked up a carbon trunk a while back and finally put it on, also put on that badge i had a long time ago
thats all for now, next up will be more brake work i think

Thats ur set of girodisc?
I think we were somehow really misinformed on the product we will receive. I thought u had blanks while i was being told to wait a few weeks til they made more blanks. Thats some BS! Guess we both ended with slotted
Either way, still nice. At least it isnt drilled...
